Beneva vs. Clark Nova

Consists of the Oslo based duo Frank Benjamin Finger og Rudi Simmons. Their music is based upon many different influences; the soundscapes are detailed and full of contradictions as the duo are concerned about melodies, but at the same time fond of abstract sounds. Imagine a combination of the off the wall pop sound of Hanne Hukkelberg, the electro-acoustic world of Sebastien Roux and Greg Davis, and the complex rhythms of Autechre. And everything in between.

Morfar

A boy who let the thoughts wander about. This is a one-man project from the drummer of Youth Pictures of Florence Henderson. As Morfar he serves haunting, gazing and dreamy electronica-pop with a vintage feel, along the lines of Postal Service, the Notwist, Múm, Sigur Ros and Norway's own Kim Hiorthøy. Morfar also runs the Norwegian indie label How is Annie Records.
